1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Mayukha, a privacy-first career outreach software platform for students and early-career professionals. By accessing or using Mayukha, you agree to these Terms.

2. Service Description

Mayukha helps users manage recruiter contacts they are authorized to use, prepare personalized outreach drafts, open approved emails in their own email app, and manually track outreach outcomes. Mayukha does not read, scan, or monitor your inbox.

Mayukha is not a bulk email list seller, marketing database provider, or service for sending unsolicited email campaigns. The Service provides software tools for drafting, sending, organizing, and tracking user-approved career outreach.

3. Eligibility and Account Access

• You must provide accurate account and contact information.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
• During beta, access may be limited to approved users.
• We may suspend or restrict access if we detect misuse, spam, abuse, or security risk.

4. Email App Handoff

Mayukha opens your own email app with a prefilled recipient, subject, and body. You are responsible for reviewing and sending each message yourself and for complying with your email provider, recruiter platform, and applicable anti-spam rules.

5. Credits, Beta Access, and Payments

• Free beta access may include limited credits for a limited period.
• After free usage ends, users may buy paid credits or credit packs to continue using paid features.
• Current public pricing may include 100 credits for Rs 200, unless changed on the website.
• Credits are consumed when generating AI outreach drafts. Opening your email app does not consume credits.
• Paid credits may require manual payment reference submission and admin verification before credits are added.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Mayukha to:

• Send spam, deceptive, unlawful, harassing, or harmful messages.
• Misrepresent your identity, qualifications, affiliation, or intent.
• Scrape, resell, purchase, or misuse contact data outside the intended outreach workflow.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, overload, or disrupt the service.

7. User Content and Responsibility

You are responsible for resumes, profile details, prompts, recipient details, drafts, and any message content you provide, edit, approve, or send. AI-generated drafts are suggestions and must be reviewed by you before use.

8. Availability and Changes

Mayukha is currently a beta-stage product. Features, pricing, access limits, credits, and workflows may change as the product improves. We aim to keep the service reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

9. Refunds and Cancellations

Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund/Cancellation Policy.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mayukha is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or business losses, including missed opportunities, hiring decisions, email deliverability issues, or third-party platform restrictions.
